Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online marketing campaigns, social media presence, and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content creation, and social media management.

This role requires someone who understands the UAE market, can create effective campaigns, optimize performance daily, coordinate with sales teams, and produce measurable results.

Roles & Responsibilities Paid Ads & Lead Generation

  • Plan, create, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Set up and optimize lead generation campaigns (lead forms, landing pages, WhatsApp leads) with clear tracking for CPL and conversions.
  • Create and test ad creatives—headlines, copy, images, reels, short videos—aligned with company services (AC duct cleaning, deep cleaning, maintenance, renovation, etc.).

Social Media Management

  • Build and manage a monthly social media content calendar (posts, stories, reels).
  • Handle daily posting, engagement, responding to comments and DMs, and basic customer queries professionally.
  • Work with designers/video editors or AI tools to produce creative assets for both paid and organic content.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor daily campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
  • Adjust campaigns as needed (scaling, pausing, changing creatives, updating targeting).
  • Track and report key marketing KPIs: leads, CPL, conversion rate, reach, engagement, website traffic, and ROI.
  • Maintain CRM/lead tracking sheets with proper UTM tagging and documentation.

Coordination & Strategy

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups on leads and improve lead quality.
  • Support local SEO and online reputation management (Google Business Profile, reviews, local listings).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and suggest new campaign ideas tailored to the UAE market.
  • Ensure all marketing communication follows brand guidelines and platform advertising policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE (Facility Management, Cleaning, Maintenance, Home Services industry preferred).
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads + Google Ads (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of CRM, tracking tools, and UTM parameters.
  • Experience in social media management for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn.
  • Ability to create or coordinate high-quality creatives (images, videos, reels).
  • Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of basic on-page SEO and Google Business Profile.
  • Experience with AI tools for content, visuals, or automation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
  • Understanding of the Dubai/UAE service industry market.
