About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an expert in performance marketing with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across major advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Snapchat Ads
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet ROI and CPA targets.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse data and prepare performance reports using analytics tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and internal teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
• Expert-level proficiency in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Snapchat advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital funnels, remarketing strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager insights.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, or email marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Creativity and an analytical mindset.
