Location: Labotek Plastics Auxiliaries India Pvt Ltd. (Pune, Maharashtra)

Job Description:

Labotek India is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead and execute social media campaigns to strengthen our online presence. You will work closely with the sales team and Managing Director, support the development of new digital marketing strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
• Actively manage social media platforms and digital channels.
• Plan and manage LinkedIn paid campaigns (experience preferred).
• Work proactively, independently, and creatively with full professionalism.
• Handle tasks and assignments allocated by the management from time to time.
• Prepare and present monthly KPIs to the management team.
• Report directly to the Managing Director and work collaboratively with other managers.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate with professional qualifications in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Experience: 2–3 years in digital or social media marketing.

Skill Requirements

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, preferably with corporate marketing experience.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Basic photo & video editing skill required.
• Web hosting. Should manage website SEO. (WordPress)
• Experience in tools like Mailchimp, Canva, SEMrush.
• LinkedIn paid campaign management (added advantage)
