We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to broaden our brand visibility across channels and drive measurable demand.

Position Overview
Location: Delhi (Lajpat Nagar)
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will own and execute multi-channel digital initiatives — from paid acquisition and social to website optimisation and analytics. You should be comfortable with both creative storytelling and data-driven campaign optimisation, and able to coordinate with creative and sales teams to deliver consistent brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, implement and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google (Search & Display), and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and execute paid media strategy: campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creative testing, budget pacing and optimisation (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Manage organic social presence: content calendars, community engagement, social listening, and growth strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze and report performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion funnels); derive insights and present action plans.
  • Coordinate with creative, product and sales teams to align messaging and campaign assets.
  • Keep current with platform updates, industry trends and competitor activity; propose innovations and experiments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience across multiple digital channels, with demonstrable results (paid & organic).
  • Hands-on proficiency with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and Google Ads..
  • Familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics / GA4), UTM tagging and conversion tracking.
  • Strong creative sense for visual storytelling and content that performs on social channels.
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with reporting, dashboards and drawing actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Travel / hospitality marketing experience and a passion for luxury travel are a plus.

Preferred / Advantageous

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar.
  • Previous work in travel, hospitality, DTC brands or small agencies.
