Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Outreach Executive to join our growing team. This is a multi-functional role that combines content creation, digital outreach, social media management, and use of AI tools.

This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, hands-on digital know-how, and the ability to manage multiple workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities

LinkedIn & Outreach Management

● Manage LinkedIn profiles for senior, mid, and entry-level professionals

● Send personalized connection requests to targeted individuals

● Create and schedule thought leadership content, infographics, and carousels

● Conduct outreach via email to recruiters, professionals etc

● Maintain and regularly update lead/contact databases using tools like Google Sheets, Execl, or CRMs

Content Creation & Publishing

● Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to generate content ideas and content calendars

● Design visually engaging creatives (carousels, reels, static posts) using Canva or equivalent

● Write content for different platforms – including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emails

● Ensure content aligns with branding and community guidelines across platforms

Lead Research & Data Mining

● Conduct targeted research to identify companies within specific industries and regions (e.g., healthcare companies in US)

● Build comprehensive lists of key decision-makers including names, designations, LinkedIn URLs, emails, and phone numbers

● Gather and document company-level data such as annual revenue, employee count etc

● Organize leads in structured formats (Google Sheets, Excel, CRM) with attention to accuracy and completeness

Tools & Automation

● Use tools like perplexity for research on target companies

● Use tools like RocketReach, Sales Navigator to find and update contact details

● Use CRM or spreadsheets to log lead information, interactions, and statuses

● Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide insights

Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, outreach, or social media content roles

● Strong written English and ability to adapt tone across platforms and personas

● Confident using Canva, AI writing tools, and social media scheduling platforms

● Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and their content guidelines

● Self-motivated and able to work independently with attention to detail

● Comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Execl, CRMs

● Bonus: Prior experience managing social media for professionals or CXOs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
