About the Role:
IndiaZone is building one of India’s most promising B2B platforms, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our marketing and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands online marketing strategies, enjoys working across multiple channels, and wants to contribute to a fast-growing brand expanding across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google platforms, and other online channels.
- Handle day-to-day social media content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce creatives for campaigns and promotions.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports for ongoing campaigns.
- Manage SEO-related activities including keyword research, content coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Support paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) including setup, optimization, and analysis.
- Assist with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and MicroFair promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to suggest improvements.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams for coordinated campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising fundamentals.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; Malayalam or Hindi is an advantage.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Basic understanding of Canva or design tools for quick edits.
- Experience working with B2B or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.

Performance-based incentives may be provided based on campaign results and lead-generation milestones.
