Meta Ads Specialist – Performance Marketing (Remote)

We are hiring a Meta Ads Specialist who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale ROI-driven campaigns for Mashmalo Technology.
Only candidates with proven Meta Ads experience should apply.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation & conversions.
• Create and optimize custom audiences, lookalikes, ad creatives, and landing page flows.
• Monitor daily performance, control CPL, and scale winning campaigns.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and placements.
• Generate weekly performance reports with insights and action points.
• Collaborate with the design + tech teams for creatives and funnels.
• Maintain strict budgets, track events (pixel), and ensure quality lead flow.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager (1–3 years preferred).
• Understanding of ad funnels, CPL optimisation, and pixel/event setup.
• Ability to manage campaigns independently with full ownership.
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.
• Good communication & creative mindset.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 /month
• Plus Performance-Based Incentives (based on lead quality, CPL, and campaign results)
