1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels(SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising).
2. Manage company’s presence on digital platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
3. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve rankings through SEO strategies.
4. Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
5. Create, manage, and publish engaging content (blogs, videos, creatives).
6. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
7. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (adjust based on level).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro – preferred).
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
