Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:

Thimathi Lanka Heavy Equipments and Machinery Spare Parts Trading Co LLC is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage all aspects of our online presence. The ideal candidate will handle website development using Wix, social media management, short video production, digital marketing campaigns, and customer engagement, including calls and enquiries. This role is perfect for someone creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Management (Wix):

• Develop, maintain, and update the company website using Wix.
• Upload and manage products, services, and technical catalogue.
• Ensure website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for desktop and mobile.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform regular website maintenance.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

• Create, plan, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, you tube).
• Produce short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips to promote products and services.
• Design graphics, banners, and visuals for campaigns and ads.
• Monitor analytics to optimize posts, campaigns, and reach.
• Coordinate online promotions, product launches, and campaigns.

Content Creation & Communication:

• Write professional captions, posts, and website content.
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and social media enquiries professionally.
• Assist with client support and lead generation.

Other Responsibilities:

• Research industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Assist with digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Maintain organized content calendars and digital asset library.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, website development using Wix, and social media management.
• Skilled in short video creation (TikTok/Reels/Instagram videos).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent customer service skills; able to handle calls and enquiries professionally.
• Creative, independent, and highly organized.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics tools is a plus.
• Well-presented and professional appearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools.
