Job Description

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote a company’s products, services, or brand. This role focuses on increasing online visibility, driving web traffic, strengthening customer engagement, and generating leads or sales through various digital channels.

1. Key Responsibilities, Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Plan and manage content calendars to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor social trends and optimize strategies to improve reach and engagement.

3. SEO & Website Management

  • Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimizations.
  • Monitor website performance and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Coordinate with web developers for site improvements and landing page optimization.

4. Paid Advertising

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad networks.
  • Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Prepare reports on ad performance and KPIs.

5. Email Marketing

  • Create and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
  • Manage subscriber lists and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
  • Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and improve email performance.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Use analytics tools to extract insights and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

7. Content Creation & Management

  • Assist in creating content (blogs, videos, graphics) that aligns with brand voice.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and agencies to produce high-quality assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Content).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (entry-level candidates may be considered with strong portfolios).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
