About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI-driven marketing tools, and basic WordPress management. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and analysing online marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Primary Responsibility)

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Conduct campaign optimization: A/B tests, audience segmentation, bidding strategy, and creatives.
  • Track daily performance, adjust budgets, and ensure high ROI and CPL targets.
  • Implement remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
  • Keyword research, competitor analysis, and custom audience building.

AI-Driven Marketing

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, AdCreative AI, etc.) to generate ad creatives, landing page copy, email campaigns, and automation flows.
  • Leverage AI for campaign insights, predictive analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Build automated workflows for lead nurturing using AI-powered CRMs or marketing platforms.

Website & Landing Page Management

  • Update and maintain website content using basic WordPress knowledge.
  • Coordinate landing page creation for campaigns (using Elementor or similar tools).
  • Optimize website for SEO basics (meta tags, page speed, keywords insertion).
  • Ensure tracking codes, pixels, and conversion events are correctly installed.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
  • Measure funnel metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, ROI.

Content & Coordination

  • Oversee creation of marketing content, creatives, and videos with internal/external teams.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and sales teams for lead handover and follow-ups.
  • Manage basic social media posting & engagement (optional).

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content, creative, and automation.
  • Basic experience with WordPress (editing pages, plugins, blogs).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Pixel setups.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Real Estate Marketing (optional).
  • Knowledge of SEO basics.
  • Familiarity with CRMs Farvision (optional).
  • Creative mindset with hands-on experience in Canva or similar tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
