Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded digital marketer capable of executing strategies across multiple channels. Your primary focus areas will include:
- Strategy Execution: Implement and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical) for client websites across different industries.
- Keyword & Competitor Analysis: Conduct advanced keyword research and in-depth competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities for clients.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize core on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, content structure, image tags, and internal linking for maximum ranking potential.
- Technical SEO: Assist in identifying and resolving Technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, indexing problems, site speed, mobile-friendliness) in collaboration with our Web Development team.
- Link Building & Authority: Develop and execute high-quality, ethical link building strategies to improve Domain Authority (DA) and organic traffic.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure new and existing content aligns with SEO best practices and user intent.
- Assisting in the creation and management of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).
- Monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets, and optimizing ads for better ROI.
- Developing and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitoring social media trends and managing basic paid social campaigns (boosting posts, setting up small ad sets).
- Collaborating with content writers to ensure marketing materials are engaging and optimized.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed performance reports for clients.
- Stay Current: Continuously research and stay ahead of the latest search engine algorithm updates (e.g., Google Core Updates) and emerging SEO trends.
- Providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
What You’ll Bring (Required Skills)
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in executing various digital marketing campaigns.
- A solid foundational knowledge of the major digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, SMM).
- Experience using marketing and reporting tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear reports.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress is highly beneficial.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
