Job Description:
1. Partner & Experience Onboarding:
- Connect with experience partners and local brands to onboard them onto our AI-driven platform.
- Understand their offerings and ensure accurate, attractive experience listings.
2. Client & Consumer Interaction:
- Coordinate with clients for queries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Act as a clear communication bridge between users, partners, and internal teams.
3. Growth & Experience Optimization:
- Implement updates, content improvements, and packaging changes for experiences based on performance insights.
- Identify gaps and suggest enhancements to improve conversions.
4. Data-Driven Sales Support:
- Maintain and update sales, engagement, and performance metrics in MIS systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Provide the sales team with accurate data, insights, and coordination support.
5. Cross-Functional Communication:
- Ensure smooth coordination between product, sales, content, and partner teams.
- Track progress and follow through on deliverables across departments.
