We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You must be creative, analytical, and experienced in driving online traffic, generating leads, and improving brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create and optimize SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Set up and track campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Monitor and improve website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Plan and execute email marketing, automation, and retargeting campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the sales team to align strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and branding is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or landing page builders.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) – added advantage.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a bonus.
