Digital Marketing Executive

About us:

Monk Outsourcing is hiring for the position of Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate must understand the full spectrum of Digital Marketing services—SEO, SEM, Social Media, Web Development, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Social Media Manager in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
• Assist in managing social media calendars and campaign timelines to ensure consistent posting.
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and compile performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Engage with audiences, reply to comments/messages, and help maintain a positive online community.
• Coordinate with designers, content teams, and internal departments to execute campaigns smoothly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices across all major platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing role.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of paid campaigns, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong communication, creativity, and multitasking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work closely within a team.
