Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to plan, implement, and manage our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

2. Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content.
  • Grow and engage the online community across platforms.
  • Track social media KPIs and optimize strategy accordingly.

3. SEO & Website Management

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers on website improvements.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, CTR).

4. Content Creation

  • Develop content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with designers to produce creatives, videos, and other digital assets.

5. Email & Marketing Automation

  • Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Develop workflows and segmentation to improve engagement and conversions.

6. Market & Competitor Research

  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ digital strategies.
  • Suggest new initiatives to improve brand presence and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and creative content-writing skills.
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (Canava, Photoshop) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
