About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You should have strong knowledge of social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Create, manage, and schedule content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan effective social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor insights and improve performance based on analytics.
2. Digital Campaign Execution
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad networks.
- Optimize campaigns for performance, cost, and lead generation.
- Track ROI and provide detailed performance reports.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content for higher search rankings.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
4. Content Creation & Strategy
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, emails, and advertising campaigns.
- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
- Work with designers, writers, and video teams to create creative assets.
5. Email & SMS Marketing
- Create and send email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated flows.
- Analyze open rates, click rates, and conversions for improvement.
6. Market Research
- Analyze competitors, trends, and audience behavior.
- Identify new digital opportunities and marketing trends.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
- Suggest improvements based on insights and data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Good communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of lead-generation strategies and funnels.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
