Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify target audiences, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Develop and implement strategies for organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage and optimize website content, design, and layout for optimal user experience and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development to ensure consistency in brand messaging and website design.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
