About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and offline promotional activities for a growing Facilities Management company. This is a perfect role for someone who loves both digital marketing and getting out in the field to capture real, high-quality visuals of our projects (commercial buildings, residential complexes, hospitals, malls, factories, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching flyers, brochures, social media posts, banners, and digital advertisements (static & short videos/reels) using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Plan, create, and schedule organic & paid social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile).
- Run targeted digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads for facility management services (housekeeping, security, HVAC, pest control, etc.).
- Visit client sites/projects regularly (within city & nearby areas) to shoot high-quality photographs and short videos of completed work, ongoing projects, team at work, before-after transformations, etc.
- Edit photos and videos (basic to intermediate level) using mobile apps or desktop software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Maintain and update the company website (WordPress or similar) and Google Business Profile with fresh content and images.
- Track, analyze, and report performance of campaigns (reach, engagement, leads, cost-per-lead).
- Coordinate with the sales team to create case studies, testimonials, and project showcases.
- Support offline marketing needs such as exhibition stall designs, standees, and printed collateral when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house both acceptable).
- Proven hands-on experience in graphic design and creating social media creatives/flyers (portfolio mandatory).
- Comfortable with photography using smartphone and/or DSLR/mirrorless camera (you should enjoy going to sites and clicking professional-looking pictures).
- Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic SEO.
- Familiarity with Canva and at least one professional tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + local language preferred).
- Travel will be covered in the company car
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in B2B marketing or real estate/facilities management industry.
- Video shooting & editing skills (reels, testimonials, site walkthroughs).
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or any CMS.
