Key Responsibilities (Freelance Digital Marketer + Content Creator)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn based on brand goals.
- Create social media content (posts, reels, basic videos, stories) using Canva or smartphone-level editing.
- Develop creative ideas, captions, and monthly content themes aligned with the brand.
- Shoot simple content when needed (product clips, behind-the-scenes, talking-style reels if comfortable).
- Manage social media pages: posting, scheduling, hashtag research, and engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance; provide weekly insights and optimisation suggestions.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to maintain content relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and designers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and creatives.
- Take ownership of both digital performance and creative output — working independently and meeting deadlines.
Ideal Profile
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Hands-on with Meta Ads and basic Google Ads.
- Skilled in Canva, basic video editing, and social media storytelling.
- Able to produce simple but clean content (reels, posts, product videos).
- Creative, proactive, and familiar with what works on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Good communication skills to explain performance metrics and content ideas.
- Based in Dubai or understands UAE audience behaviour and trends.
- Female candidates preferred (brand positioning), but open to all talented applicants.
