Grow4Ed is a fast-growing EdTech company helping learners build global careers through premium training programs and expert-led guidance. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can support our branding, lead generation, and student engagement campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for our education programs (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Manage Grow4Ed social media pages – content scheduling, engagement, and community building.
- Run paid ads and optimize for lead generation & conversions.
- Create marketing content (posts, reels ideas, ad copy, landing page text).
- Coordinate with sales & academic teams to align marketing messages.
- Monitor KPIs: Leads, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
- Work on basic SEO to improve website visibility.
- Manage email marketing campaigns for student nurturing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of lead generation for EdTech/Training industries (preferred).
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Good knowledge of SEO basics & keyword research.
- Ability to create engaging content (basic design skills in Canva is a plus).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are an advantage.
