Job Description:
Kashif Cars Trading is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, handle digital communication, oversee social media platforms, support Meta ad campaigns, and assist with website maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the CRM system with customer data, leads, and follow-ups.
• Monitor customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for quick responses.
• Manage all official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Plan, create, and schedule daily social media content.
• Run, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Track and report campaign performance weekly/monthly.
• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Support showroom events, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Handle online reviews and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams for improved engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to create and manage daily social media content.
• Photo and video editing skills.
• Good understanding of customer service and lead management.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
