Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who also has skills in bidding on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals. The candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing activities as well as acquiring new projects through effective bidding. Proper training and quality knowledge transfer will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Identify and analyze relevant projects based on company services
• Write customized and high-conversion proposals
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SMO, PPC, Email Marketing)
• Handle social media marketing and content promotion
• Generate leads through online platforms
• Maintain reports of bids, leads, and conversions
• Follow up with clients and close deals

Required Skills:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Understanding of SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads
• Good written communication skills (English)
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
• Ability to understand IT services and client requirements
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
