Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Develop, create (graphics/copy), schedule, and publish posts, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments/messages, foster community, and manage customer inquiries.

*

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and run social media campaigns, including paid ads.

*

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics (likes, shares, reach), analyze data, and report on campaign success.

*

  • Strategy & Trends: Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices; contribute to strategy development.

*

  • Collaboration: Work with marketing/sales teams for integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.

*

Core Duties:

  • Platform management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Content repurposing & optimization for different channels.
  • Audience research and trend identification.
  • Managing online reputation and customer sentiment.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong writing, communication, and creativity.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting metrics.
  • Attention to detail (spelling, grammar).
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,383.92 - ₹15,000.00 per month
