Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Conduct tele-calling for marketing and client communication activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to data analysis for optimization.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.

⭐ Project Management (Key Responsibility):

• Assist in coordinating tasks and team activities.
• Track workflow and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of all marketing tasks and campaigns.

⭐ Customer Management (Key Responsibility):

• Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and clients.
• Ensure a positive and smooth experience throughout all customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palakkad, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
