Designation - Digital Marketing Executive
Experience Range - 2+ years
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives for daily posts and campaigns.
- Manage community interactions—respond to comments, queries, and direct messages.
- Maintain posting calendars and assist in executing social media campaigns.
- Track platform insights, prepare basic performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Support on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Perform basic keyword research, competitor checks, and simple SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, titles, meta tags, and landing pages under guidance.
- Work with content and development teams to align with SEO best practices.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush for performance tracking.
- Contribute to link-building and outreach tasks.
- Stay updated with basic SEO trends and Google updates.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with strong exposure to Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Basic understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with social media scheduling/management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Clear understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design, content, and development teams.
- Awareness of basic trends in SEO, social media, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads/PPC is a plus (not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of HTML or website structure is an added advantage.
