We also work with clients in the healthcare and wellness domain, requiring high-quality, verified content and strong coordination with subject-matter experts (including doctors).

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is creative, tech-savvy, and comfortable working on content, websites, doctor coordination, and digital branding.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will manage website content, blogs, doctor-approved articles, digital campaigns, social media, creative design, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be skilled with Shopify, WordPress, Canva, Figma, video tools, and AI platforms like ChatGPT, and must be able to coordinate professionally with doctors and healthcare experts.

Key Responsibilities1. Website & Content Management

  • Create, upload, and manage blog posts on WordPress and Shopify websites.
  • Draft medically relevant blogs (with the help of ChatGPT/AI), ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Coordinate with doctors and medical experts for content approval and edits.
  • Track the approval cycle and maintain timely follow-ups with doctors.
  • Update landing pages, service pages, and product descriptions.

2. Doctor Coordination (Healthcare Content Support)

  • Share drafted content/articles with doctors for verification.
  • Make edits based on medical feedback.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow-up until approval.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors for reviews, clarifications, or content discussions.
  • Maintain a tracker for content approval timelines.

3. Social Media & Creative Design

  • Create daily/weekly social posts, designs, and stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Design creatives using

Canva and Figma.

  • Prepare video-based content using
  • CapCut
  • Canva Video Editor
  • InShot
  • Adobe Rush (if known)
  • Write creative copy for posts, ads, emailers, and campaigns.

4. SEO & Digital Growth

  • Perform SEO for blogs, landing pages, and meta descriptions.
  • Keyword research and optimizing medical/technical content.
  • Improve rankings through on-page and off-page SEO activities.

5. Campaign Execution & Lead Management

  • Run and manage basic ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Track leads generated from campaigns, websites, or social media.
  • Work with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for lead updates and follow-ups.

6. AI Tools & Automation

  • Use ChatGPT and AI tools for content drafting, idea generation, captions, and scripts.
  • Use automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Make.com) to streamline workflows (optional).

7. Internal Collaboration & Admin Support

  • Create brochures, marketing decks, and presentations.
  • Support HR promotions, event posts, and announcements.
  • Coordinate appointments and tasks across teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  • WordPress & Shopify
  • Canva & Figma
  • Video creation/editing tools
  • ChatGPT & AI-based content tools
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Good understanding of SEO and social media growth strategies.
  • Ability to coordinate professionally with doctors and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially for healthcare content.

Additional Advantages

  • Experience creating and managing medical/healthcare blogs.
  • Understanding of content compliance and accuracy in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue.
