JOB ADVERT — Full-Time Digital Marketing Executive (WordPress, SEO, PPC)

Salary: From AED 5,000/month

About Us

Our Dubai-based marketing and operations hub supports all digital activity for our London based clinic, including website updates, SEO, PPC, funnels, reporting, and content integration.

We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Executive who is technically strong, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a senior strategic position. It is a hybrid post.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner and follow clear direction to maintain and improve all digital assets of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities- WordPress (Essential)

• Update and maintain website pages
• Build and improve landing pages
• Fix layout/format issues
• Manage plugins (with guidance)
• Improve mobile responsiveness
• Ensure forms, CTAs, links, and tracking work correctly

SEO Execution

• On-page optimisation
• Basic technical SEO fixes
• Monitoring indexing & sitemaps
• Internal linking improvements
• Using GSC + third-party SEO tools
• Creating 300–500 word clinic-focused SEO blogs (weekly)

PPC Management (Google + Meta)

• Maintain lean PPC campaigns
• Add keywords & negatives
• Adjust bids/budgets
• Maintain compliance
• Set up conversions
• Weekly reporting on performance

Analytics & Reporting

• GA4 analytics
• GSC monitoring
• Heatmaps/user recordings
• Weekly performance summary
• Suggest improvements based on data

Funnel & CRO Improvements

• Update landing pages based on behaviour
• Improve CTAs
• Support integration of upcoming weekly podcast into marketing funnels

General Digital Support

• Maintain Google Business Profiles
• Update clinic information online
• Coordinate basic digital tasks with team
• Assist with small website troubleshooting

Required Skills

• 3+ years digital marketing experience
• Strong WordPress editing skills
• Working knowledge of SEO and PPC
• Ability to write clean, clear English
• Competent with GA4, GSC, Meta Ads Manager
• Good technical awareness
• Reliable, organised, and execution-focused
• Comfortable working independently with structured guidance

Nice to Have

(Not required, but a bonus)

• Basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting
• Elementor or WPBakery experience
• Email marketing (Mailchimp/Klaviyo)
• Healthcare or clinic marketing experience
