Experience:

1–3 years in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for Goodybag and clients across diverse industries.
• Manage and grow brand presence through organic reach across all digital and social media platforms.
• Handle social media accounts — ensuring consistent brand voice, content planning, and community engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the design and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in digital tools and analytics.
• Be a creative multitasker with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Tools & Platforms (Preferred Expertise):

• Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
• Email Marketing: Mailchimp or HubSpot
• Social Media Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
• Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (for basic creative coordination)
• Google Workspace & Excel (for reporting and planning)
