Digital Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with 0–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Social Media Marketing.

This role is for someone who understands practical execution, not just theory. You should be comfortable running ads, handling budgets, optimizing campaigns, managing social media pages, and tracking performance.

You will work closely with the sales and design teams to support lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion-focused campaigns for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Handle audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing & optimization
• Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn pages organically
• Create content ideas for posts, reels, captions & hooks
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for leads & conversions
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Coordinate with sales team for lead quality & campaign feedback
• Stay updated with social media trends & ad policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in Digital Marketing
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of social media algorithms & content formats
• Basic knowledge of analytics & reporting
• Good English communication (written + basic verbal)
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
