Key Responsibilities

1. Content Writing & Creation

  • Write engaging content for:
  • Websites
  • Blogs
  • Social media posts
  • Ad copies
  • Create creative captions, hashtags, and content calendars
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals

2. Website Development & Management

  • Manage and update company website (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Coordinate basic website development, landing pages, and content updates
  • Ensure website is SEO-friendly and user-friendly

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform keyword research and SEO planning
  • Handle on-page SEO (headings, meta tags, content optimization)
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
  • Improve website ranking and organic traffic

4. Social Media Handling

  • Manage daily posting and engagement on:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • Create social media calendars and campaigns
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions

5. Video Editing & Reels Creation

  • Create and edit short videos, reels, and promotional content
  • Handle basic video editing, transitions, subtitles, and effects
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Faceboo
  • 6. Campaigns & Ads (Optional / Added Advantage)
  • Assist in running paid ads on Facebook & YouTube
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong content writing and communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms
  • Skills in video editing and reels creation
  • Understanding of website management (WordPress preferred)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like:
  • Canva, Photoshop
  • Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut (any)
  • Google Analytics, Search Console
  • Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager & YouTube Studio
  • Basic understanding of digital ads and analytics

Experience & Qualification

  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferred)
  • Freshers with strong skills and portfolio can also apply
  • Any graduate (Marketing / Media preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,402.73 - ₹34,148.28 per month
