Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Dubai

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, including Catalogue / Dynamic Product Ads, and influencer-led performance campaigns. This role focuses on driving conversions, improving ROAS, and scaling paid and influencer campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including Catalogue / Dynamic Product Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads if required
Manage full-funnel campaigns covering awareness, traffic, conversion, and retargeting
Own campaign budgets, targeting strategies, bidding, and scaling decisions
Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions
Influencer Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with performance objectives
Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on brand fit and target audience
Prepare influencer briefs, content guidelines, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate product seeding, content approvals, posting schedules, and usage rights
Track influencer performance including reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions
Repurpose high-performing influencer content for paid ads and retargeting campaigns
Tracking, Analytics & Optimization
Ensure accurate tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Google Analytics
Monitor performance daily and optimize campaigns based on data insights
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering paid and influencer campaigns
Creative & Execution Coordination
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content teams for ad creatives
Align influencer content with paid media requirements and brand guidelines
Ensure all creatives meet platform standards and campaign objectives
Growth & Strategy Support
Identify opportunities to scale high-performing paid and influencer campaigns
Stay updated on platform trends, influencer formats, and algorithm changes
Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Catalogue / Dynamic Product Ads, and Google Ads
Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
Experience with TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads is an advantage
Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills
Preferred Experience
E-commerce or consumer brand experience
Experience marketing to parents, families, or lifestyle audiences
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools
Basic understanding of landing pages, CRO, and website performance
