Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop and run digital campaigns (PPC, social, email) to drive engagement and conversions.
- SEO/Content: Support SEO (keyword research, optimization) and create compelling content for web, social, and email.
- Social Media: Manage platforms, schedule posts, and monitor brand presence.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track metrics, analyze performance (using tools like Google Analytics), and report insights to stakeholders.
- Website Management: Update website content, improve user experience (UX), and fix bugs.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with new digital marketing tools, platforms, and industry trends.
- Platform Management: Update and maintain the e-commerce website and online marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart) for optimal performance and product visibility.
- Sales & Strategy: Implement online sales plans, analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize product pricing and promotions.
- User Experience (UX): Enhance the online shopping journey, ensuring sites are user-friendly, easy to navigate, and mobile-responsive.
- Data Analysis: Monitor website analytics (traffic, user behavior) and performance metrics to find areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, IT, and supply chain teams for seamless integration and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Oversee online customer feedback and support to ensure satisfaction
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, email tools).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Creative thinking and strong written/verbal communication.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work with designers and developers.
