Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating sales through various digital channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and oversee organic and paid social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic visibility
Manage and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing dashboards
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and high-converting digital assets
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and social media algorithms
Identify new growth opportunities and propose creative marketing strategies
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, traffic, conversions, and ROI
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.), and email marketing software
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Experience in e-commerce or jewelry/fashion/luxury industry
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing
Performance Metrics:
Website traffic growth
Sale generation and conversion rates
ROI on paid campaigns
Engagement and follower growth on social media
Email open and click-through rates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
