Position Overview

The Marketing Executive will play a critical role in driving Archism’s digital growth by managing performance marketing campaigns, WhatsApp and Email Marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and SEO strategies. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative content development, and agency management to deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on with content, and experienced in collaborating with digital marketing agencies to execute campaigns that improve brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and other relevant channels.
  • Drive lead generation and brand awareness for Archism’s products across construction, real estate, and manufacturing segments.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Optimize budgets and ensure customer acquisition costs remain within defined targets.

2. Content Writing & Strategy

  • Create compelling, high-quality content for websites, landing pages, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and product marketing materials.
  • Develop content that clearly communicates Archism’s value proposition and resonates with B2B audiences.
  • Write SEO-optimized content to support organic traffic growth and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in prop-tech, construction-tech, and manufacturing-tech to keep content relevant and impactful.

3. SEO & Web Optimization

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings for Archism’s products and solutions.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize metadata, and build quality backlinks.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all digital content adheres to SEO best practices and supports long-term organic visibility.

4. Digital Marketing Agency Management

  • Manage and coordinate with external digital marketing agencies handling paid media, SEO, and content execution.
  • Provide clear briefs, performance feedback, and strategic direction aligned with Archism’s growth objectives.
  • Evaluate agency performance against defined KPIs and recommend optimizations when needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting from agencies for internal review.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports covering paid campaigns, SEO, content, and lead generation metrics.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as website traffic, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other platforms to support data-driven decision-making.

6. Brand Development

  • Support the development and strengthening of the Archism brand across all digital channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and positioning across campaigns and content.
  • Contribute to building digital marketing guidelines and best practices for the brand.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, content writing, and SEO.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering measurable results in lead generation and brand growth.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing agencies and multi-channel campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp Marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent content writing skills, particularly for B2B and SaaS audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
