Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement, increasing followers, and generating leads across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand, and leverage opportunities for engagement.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, and new features on social media platforms, and recommend innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance monitoring.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines related to social media marketing, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-2.5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
