ARWAJ TECH is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to drive our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team, managing our brand portfolio, and spearheading marketing strategy and implementation. Creative thinking and a keen eye for photography are essential as this role involves providing clear direction for visual content, social media marketing (SMM) team, website projects, and branding work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to run Paid Meta Ads for our clients (FB & Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge about Tiktok
- Proficiency in email marketing.
- Supervision of inbound and outbound marketing, HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Create, execute, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
- Develop, implement, and manage key marketing elements including advertising, promotions, campaigns, and direct marketing.
- Design and oversee marketing campaigns; work with the social media team to engage the target audience.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience, with IT/e-commerce/service industry experience being an advantage.
- Performance marketing Experience will be plus point
- Experience with Meta Ads (FB & Instagram paid Ads).
- Knowledge about TikTok Ads
- Proficiency in email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with ManyChat and Automation tools is preferred.
- Excellent content and creative writing skills for diverse marketing materials.
- Good knowledge of using social media for marketing/business.
- Persistent, hardworking, and passionate about making change and adding value.
- Must be creative, optimistic, and result-oriented.
- Presentable and able to attend marketing meetings with clients.
- BBA / MBA / MS in Marketing or a related field.

Timings: 09AM to 5:30PM
