Roles & Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Executive

  • Digital Marketing Strategy Execution

Execute digital marketing strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness, reach, and customer engagement.

  • Social Media Marketing

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including content planning, posting, boosting, and engagement.

  • Content Planning & Content Calendar Management

Create and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media, campaigns, offers, festivals, and brand activities; ensure timely execution.

  • Performance Marketing Support

Assist in running and monitoring paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms; track ROI and optimize campaigns.

  • SEO & Website Support

Support basic SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, website content updates, and traffic monitoring.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and execute digital campaigns for product launches, store openings, festive offers, influencer collaborations, and promotions.

  • Influencer & Collaboration Coordination

Coordinate with influencers and partners for paid or in-kind (value exchange) collaborations; manage content timelines and deliverables.

  • Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and website traffic; prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights.

  • Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Monitor and manage reviews, comments, DMs, and brand mentions across platforms; handle customer queries and feedback professionally.

  • Trend & Market Research

Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and consumer behavior; suggest innovative ideas.

  • Coordination with Creative & Internal Teams

Work closely with designers, videographers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

  • Data & Documentation Management

Maintain records of campaigns, creatives, budgets, influencer collaborations, content calendars, and performance data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹30,654.11 per month
