Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing marketing materials for holiday homes and real estate properties. The ideal candidate will create designs that enhance brand identity, highlight property features, and support both digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives for holiday homes and real estate listings
• Create visuals for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements
• Design property brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners, and presentation decks
• Develop branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, and design templates
• Edit and enhance property images using photo retouching and visual enhancement techniques
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align designs with campaigns and property launches
• Create creatives for property listing platforms and real estate portals
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials
• Stay updated with design trends in hospitality and real estate industries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in real estate or hospitality is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing for both digital and print media
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in holiday homes, real estate, or hospitality branding
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing
• Familiarity with social media creatives and advertising formats
• Basic UI/UX or website design knowledge
• Photography or videography skills for property marketing
