Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Globify Software Solutions is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least one year of hands-on experience in executing and managing digital marketing activities. The role focuses on improving brand visibility, generating quality leads, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
• Manage and monitor ad performance, budgets, and ROI on a daily basis
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies including on-page and basic technical SEO
• Manage social media platforms with proper content planning, optimized captions, and audience engagement
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives, posters, reels, and ad copies Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media platforms Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
• Basic understanding of website structure and landing page optimization
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Need to have a personal Laptop

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Familiarity with WordPress websites and content management
• Knowledge of email marketing and remarketing strategies
