Grainville India is a fast-growing rice processing and export company supplying premium Indian rice to buyers across the USA, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and other global markets. We work directly with international importers, wholesalers, distributors, and private label buyers.

As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our digital marketing, inbound lead handling, and customer communication systems to drive international B2B inquiries and improve response efficiency.

Job Role:

We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who will manage digital marketing execution, website inquiries, chat support, WhatsApp API-based communication, and Zoho-based lead & support systems. This role requires strong multitasking skills and practical experience across multiple marketing and communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Execute SEO activities (on-page SEO, keywords, meta tags, content optimization)
• Manage Google Ads (Search & Display) for international lead generation
• Drive website lead generation and improve conversion rates (CRO)
• Support international (export) client acquisition through digital campaigns

Website, Chat & WhatsApp Communication

• Manage and update the WordPress website
• Handle website live chat support using Zoho SalesIQ
• Manage and respond to inquiries via:

• WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business API)
• Website chat
• Email
• Social media messages
• Set up and use WhatsApp API workflows, templates, and automation
• Ensure timely responses to global buyers and prospects
• Coordinate with Sales & Export teams for qualified leads

Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk & Automation

• Manage and maintain:
• Zoho CRM
• Zoho Desk (ticket-based customer & inquiry support)
• Zoho SalesIQ
• Zoho Marketing Automation
• Other Zoho applications as required
• Create, assign, and resolve support tickets
• Sync WhatsApp, website, and chat leads with Zoho CRM
• Maintain accurate lead and support data
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance report

Paid Ads, Remarketing & Social Media

• Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns
• Manage and post updates on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Support social media promotions and paid boosts

Design & Content

• Create marketing creatives using Canva
• Perform basic design tasks using Adobe Photoshop & CorelDRAW
• Design banners, ad creatives, social media posts, and website visuals

Email Marketing

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
• Manage lists, segmentation, and automation workflows
• Improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (Export / B2B preferred)
• Practical experience using WhatsApp API for lead handling
• Comfortable managing chat support and ticket-based systems
• Able to handle multiple responsibilities independently
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Experience handling international website visitors is a plus

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Digital Marketing certifications preferred
