Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management
- Plan, execute, manage, and analyze Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and lead quality through A/B testing, keyword optimization, and precise audience targeting.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and conversion metrics to maintain consistent results.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Social Media Advertising
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Develop targeting strategies based on audience behavior and campaign goals.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
SEO & Website Performance
- Contribute to on-page and technical SEO improvements to boost organic visibility.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and overall website performance.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and website content.
- Conduct timely website audits to identify errors/issues and create execution plans to resolve them.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and action items.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to guide data-driven decision-making.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Preferred Experience Prior experience in digital marketing for B2B SaaS companies is a strong advantage.
