Digital Marketing Executive

VSM Hospital is seeking a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, improving online visibility, and engaging with patients through digital platforms in a professional and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update hospital social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, posters, captions) related to hospital services and awareness programs
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• Handle Google My Business updates and basic SEO activities
• Monitor online inquiries, reviews, and messages and coordinate with concerned departments
• Run and track basic paid ads (Google / social media) if required
• Maintain brand image in line with hospital policies and healthcare ethics
• Analyze performance and submit periodic reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Related Field
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in digital marketing (healthcare experience preferred)
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and basic design software (Canva, etc.)
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
