We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and overall performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and achieve ROI goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns (including Instagram) focused on performance and ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Maintain and optimize landing pages for improved user experience and higher conversion rates.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and paid media.
- Provide weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with remarketing/retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and landing page optimization (preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, or other paid media platforms.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
