Digital Marketing Executive

At VR Digitals, we’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands grow through strategic and creative digital solutions. We’re currently on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing and executing digital campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Plan and create monthly content calendars in collaboration with the creative team.
• Work with design, content, and video teams to ensure campaign consistency and timely delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Suggest and implement new ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and platform updates in the digital marketing space.
• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Optimize paid campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Set up pixels, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters for accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on PPC experience (Meta Ads & Google Ads).
• Experience in a marketing agency is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience in creating and managing content calendars.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
