About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help build and scale our B2B and international business presence across digital platforms, marketplaces, and lead-generation channels. This role blends brand building, performance marketing, marketplace operations, and export lead development, making it ideal for someone who wants to grow into a global B2B marketing career.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Digital Presence

  • Execute content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and B2B platforms to build organic reach and brand visibility.
  • Lead website development initiatives to improve brand positioning, product discoverability, and conversion.
  • Conceptualize and produce brand assets including: Logos, brochures, product catalogues, Company profile decks and corporate movies, Newsletters, social creatives, and sales enablement material
  • Design high-impact exhibition and trade-show creatives for domestic and international events.

2. Marketplace & Platform Growth

  • Set up, manage and optimize B2B & D2C marketplace accounts across: Amazon, Shopify, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia
  • Build product taxonomy, catalogue structure and SEO-optimized product content aligned to buyer search intent.
  • Drive product discovery and inquiries through keyword-led content and platform-specific promotion strategies.

3. Lead Generation & CRM

  • Build and manage centralized lead tracking and qualification systems using Excel and Zoho CRM.
  • Ensure all inbound leads are structured, scored, and prioritized for sales follow-ups.
  • Maintain clean data pipelines for marketing and export sales teams.

4. Performance Marketing & Outreach

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns focused on: Cost-efficient B2B lead generation, Export market inquiry growth
  • Run keyword-driven promotion campaigns on B2B platforms.
  • Design and execute international email outreach campaigns including: Prospect segmentation by region & industry, Messaging A/B testing, Lead nurturing & sales enablement flows

5. Market & Export Intelligence

  • Conduct domestic and international market research to analyze: Competitor positioning, Keyword & demand trends, Inquiry behavior, Website and campaign performance
  • Build and maintain a global prospect database of importers, distributors and buyers across countries to support long-term international expansion.
