Position: Marketing Executive – Digital & Online Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing professional with strong digital and online marketing skills to manage and grow Shetron’s online presence and support business development activities. The role will focus on digital marketing initiatives, lead generation, brand visibility, and coordination with sales for business growth.

Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any other suitable qualification
• Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Experience in B2B marketing preferred
• Exposure to manufacturing / packaging / industrial products will be an advantage

Location Preference

• Candidates should be based in or around Bommasandra / South Bangalore
• Location should be convenient for daily travel to the company’s office at Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute digital marketing activities across platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, online listings, etc.)

2. Manage and update company content on digital platforms to improve brand visibility and engagement

3. Generate and follow up on online leads and coordinate with sales for conversion

4. Support new business development through online marketing initiatives

5. Handle key customer communication and basic client servicing support

6. Track market trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing performance

7. Assist in negotiation and coordination for marketing-related activities

8. Prepare basic marketing reports and performance analysis

Skills Required

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• B2B marketing understanding
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
