Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with deep, hands-on expertise in organic search growth who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-led decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who understands how inspirational travel storytelling intersects with performance-driven digital marketing and has a deep, practical understanding of how modern digital ecosystems work.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Lead and execute organic SEO strategy, covering technical SEO, content optimization and authority-building initiatives going beyond traditional on-page and off-page practices.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research using multiple tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Mangools etc.), with a strong focus on destination-led and intent-driven travel searches.
  • Build search intent–based content frameworks (informational, commercial, transactional) for travel-related queries.
  • Perform competitor and SERP analysis, including featured snippets, People Also Ask, and zero-click results.
  • Handle technical SEO audits and implementation including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
  • Work closely with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and ensure SEO best practices are baked into site releases.
  • Monitor and manage index coverage, redirects, canonicalization and structured data.
  • Optimize content for search intent, UX, Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T, and semantic search, going beyond traditional on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Manage content audits, refreshes, internal linking strategies and performance tracking.
  • Drive Local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, citations, reviews, and geo-targeted keyword strategies.
  • Improve visibility for location-based travel searches and brand discovery.
  • Leverage AI tools for SEO, including keyword clustering, content ideation, optimization, and performance analysis.

Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, creatives and audience segmentation to drive high-quality travel leads.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through testing, funnel analysis and performance insights.

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Flying Squirrel Holidays’ premium brand voice.
  • Lead content planning and storytelling for destinations, itineraries, and travel experiences.
  • Work closely with creative teams to produce engaging, high-quality content.
  • Analyze social performance and refine strategies using platform and campaign analytics.

Growth & Email Marketing

  • Drive growth marketing initiatives across acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, newsletters and lead nurturing.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities using data and AI-driven tools.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and clear performance reports aligned with business and seasonal travel goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 -8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • Proven expertise in organic SEO, including technical SEO, content strategy and Local SEO.
  • Extensive experience managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated capability in social media strategy and content development.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, including content publishing, on-page SEO implementation, basic site structure understanding and coordination with developers.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for SEO, content optimization, and growth marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and campaign & social media analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into growth actions.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
