Job Description

This is a full-time, in-office role for a Digital Marketing Executive in the web hosting industry. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Your role will involve managing SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, social media marketing, and content creation to improve our online presence. You will collaborate with other teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Online Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc., to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
• Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead generation strategies such as lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion optimization techniques to acquire new leads and convert them into customers.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, social media engagement, etc., to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark performance against industry competitors, and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
• Website Management: Coordinate with web development teams to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions, and implement changes as needed to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the other team to craft strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms, with excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant advertising tools.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and techniques.
• Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for research and analysis purposes
• Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with a minimum of 1 year is preferred.
