Job Description

We are a fast-growing company specialising in car parking shades, modular tents, tensile membrane structures, steel fabrication, and RCC foundation works across the UAE. We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and generate high-quality business leads.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, lead generation, and branding—preferably in construction or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Manage and improve SEO rankings for targeted keywords (tents, shades, car parking shades, etc.)
• Generate qualified leads and track conversions
• Manage company website content, landing pages, and basic UX improvements
• Create and manage social media content (posts, reels, project updates)
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager
• Manage online listings (Google Business Profile, directories)
• Coordinate with sales team to align leads & campaigns
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field
• 3–6 years UAE experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Experience in lead generation for construction / B2B services
• Good understanding of content marketing & branding
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, Canva
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Skills

• Experience marketing construction, steel, tents, or shade structure companies
• Knowledge of WordPress/Elementor is Must
• Understanding of CRM & lead tracking systems
